Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling:

- Cancellations 3 days or more before your appointment: You may reschedule through your booking account or cancel by messaging us, and you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

- Cancellations 2 days or less before your appointment: Unfortunately, your 50% deposit will be retained.

- December bookings: December is a busy time for us, and all treatments require full upfront payment. No cancellations or rescheduling can be made during this month. Any cancellations will result in the loss of the entire treatment fee. Please ensure you are able to attend before booking during December.

 

Appointment Attendance

To keep the retreat peaceful and focused on your wellbeing, we kindly ask that clients attend their appointments alone. Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate partners, children, or guests during treatments. This helps us maintain a tranquil atmosphere where you can fully unwind.

Patch Tests

For your safety, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to any treatment involving tinting or chemical processes. This ensures we can check for any sensitivities or allergies before proceeding with your appointment. Please contact us in advance to schedule your patch test if needed.
