WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ?

Please be aware that if you wish to cancel your appointment that the following terms and conditions apply:

 

- If cancellation is 3 days or more before your appointment date you can either reschedule by logging into your booking or you can cancel by messaging me and you will get a full refund of your deposit.
- If cancellation is 2 days before your treatment or less then unfortunately you will lose your 50% deposit.

- Please note our cancellation policy during the month of December is different due to it being our business time of year.  Bookings made during this month a full up front payment for all treatments, will be required.  No re-scheduling or cancellations can be made during this month, therefore any cancellations of treatments for whatever reason, will result in a loss of the entire treatment fee.  Therefore during the month of December, it is important to ensure you are able to attend your appointment date and time BEFORE you book. 


WHAT ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

CAN I HAVE A BROW OR EYELASH TREATMENT 

WITHOUT BEING PATCH TESTED?

Unfortunately not.  All clients undergoing eyelash and eyebrow treatments, must be patch tested at least 24 hours before having a treatment.  Patch tests are conducted atThe Lab Retreat in conjunction with a full registration form being completed.

CAN I BRING ANYONE ELSE ALONG WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Unfortunately, due to the space constraints and the nature of my set up, I am currently only able to accommodate appointments that are delivered on a one to one basis.

I ALREADY HAVE EYELASH EXTENSIONS ON FROM ANOTHER SALON. 

CAN I BOOK TO HAVE A REFILL DONE AT THE LAB RETREAT?

Lash artists do not infill other salons work due to the fact that the different products being used, could have an adverse reaction.  I would advise that you either let your current lashes drop out naturally or you can book in to have a full eyelash removal with me.  Then once you have had your lash patch test conducted, 

you will be able to book in for a fresh new set. 

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I am able to accept card payments and cash only thank you.  I do not accept bank transfers.
